Greek Style Chicken

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 LB boneless skinless chicken thigh,1/2 inch cubes

2 Lemons, juiced

1 tsp dried oregano

1/5 tsp dried chili flake

1/4 tsp salt (up to 1/2 tsp depending on preference)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 TBS EVOO


 
 

Method:

1. Preheat broiler (or oven at 500 or max temp)

2. Combine all ingredients, marinate at least 30 mins, up to 24 hrs.

3. Add chicken to oiled sheet tray, broil until slightly charred and cooked through (5-7 minutes)

4. Serve in butter lettuce cups, on pita/naan, or over rice!
